How ChargeSync works →
For installers

Give every install an intelligent optimisation layer

A customer judges a battery by the bill, not the spec sheet. ChargeSync makes every system you fit keep proving its value, and pays you £40 per customer plus a share of the recurring revenue.

The problem

The gap

If the system you fit runs on a basic timer, it may leave savings behind, and the customer may never know why, but they'll remember at renewal.

What ChargeSync does

The fix

ChargeSync optimises the home against half-hourly tariffs, solar and demand with no extra hardware and no extra site work, so your install keeps proving its value every day. The household that bought one box from you will buy three more over five years; we keep them lower-bill and in your ecosystem, so they call you again. And it sharpens your quote: "this home actively cuts your bills every day" beats "this home has a battery."

Benefits

What you get

🛡️

Your name's on it, so we look after it

We make the savings promise and we answer the "why was my bill this much?" calls. If a customer's ever worse off, that's our problem to sort, not your callout on a Saturday.

🤝

We never compete for the customer

We never take the relationship or push a supplier switch, it's free for them for the first 30 days, with co-marketing rights (a joint case study) from day one. We're not after your customer; we've got our hands full with the electrons.

🛟

The support stays with us

ChargeSync handles optimisation and savings questions, so "why was my bill this?" isn't automatically your call to field.

💰

£40 up front, then a share that compounds

Not much on any one job, granted. But every customer you sign keeps paying you a share each month while you're off fitting the next one. £40 per customer, then 10% of their £10/month for 3 years (15% once you're past 100 active), paid in arrears per active customer. It's not retirement money, but it's about a pint a month per customer, and it turns up whether you're on a roof or on holiday.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it need extra hardware or site work?
No, it's a software optimisation layer that adds no extra kit and no extra site work to your install.
How do I earn from it?
A £40 activation fee for each customer you bring on, plus 10% of their recurring subscription for 3 years, and 15% once you pass 100 active customers.
When and how are partners paid, and what are the terms?
Payments run in arrears and cover customers paying monthly or annually by Direct Debit. The activation fee and revenue share are paid per active customer and stop if a customer cancels or doesn't renew. The full payment schedule and conditions are set out in the partner agreement.
Will you take my customer or push a supplier switch?
No, we never compete for the relationship and never force a supplier switch. Our job is to make the kit you fitted save more, so the customer calls you again.
Do I have to change my battery range?
No, you keep selling whatever you fit. ChargeSync adds the optimisation layer on top. It's live today with Tesla, GivEnergy, Solax and Hinen and adding more, so it already covers a growing share of what you install.
Will it create more support calls for me?
No, ChargeSync fields optimisation and savings questions, not you.
