A few excellent people beat a big team here. We stay small on purpose, so everyone gets real surface area and their work actually ships.

Decisions are made on measurements. We'd rather ship, measure and learn than win an argument in a meeting.

We keep the team deliberately small and senior. Lean is a credential here, not a constraint: high quality comes from a few excellent people with the room to do their best work, not from headcount. You'd have real ownership, work directly with the founders, and ship to production fast within a human-in-the-loop, evidence-first culture.
